TEAM LEAd

the successors they have. This spurs her passion and drive for strategy in identifying potential in people, developing it, and entrusting them to greater platforms of influence.

She has also served in Ministry as a Ministry Identification and Leadership Development Pastor at Parklands Baptist Church and Chaplain at Tafaria Castle.

Her experience personally, professionally and in ministry has inspired her to conceptualize leadership development programs like Trooper Challenge where 122 people successfully summited Mt Kenya and Mt Kilimanjaro in 5 years and L.E.A.P (Learn, Experience, Apply, Program) where 6 Youth trained for 3 years in partnership with organizations in USA and Germany and are currently serving in Church, Environmental Advocacy, Social Justice and Educational Sponsorship.
