Fred Ndavi
Executive Director

Fred Ndavi is inspired by the words of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin “The future is in the hands of those who can give tomorrow’s generations valid reasons to live and hope”.
In 2013 he founded Inspire Spaces, a development organization that invests in the educational dreams and hopes of youth through scholarships, developing leaders and transforming educational spaces.

As the Executive Director, Fred is committed to improving the lives of the next generation of young Africans by providing resources and innovative programs to engage the youth.

Fred started Inspire Spaces five years ago with ten scholarships which has now grown to impact thousands of students in Kenya and beyond. He Previously worked as Research and Evaluations Associate at the Rees-Jones Foundation with a focus on developing international funding portfolio. He also spent nine years as Youth & College Director in Dallas where had a strong focus on mentorship, peer network groups, developing young leaders and education. He coordinated and led multiple international trips for both students and adults to South & Central America, Europe and Africa.

Fred has also been in involved with justice work with International Justice Mission both in the US and international. He completed his bachelor degree in business administration and his MBA in International Business from Dallas Baptist University. He serves as Alumni Board member at Dallas Baptist University among various other advisory roles with different
organizations.
